This was an empty shell of an unconverted room
within a barn which when converted, would need to function as
a home studio space. It required full insulation, sandblasting
of beams and brickwork, roof lights, plus plastering and finishing.

Finished room with double Velux windows, oak staircase,
oak floorboards, lighting, plastered and finished.

The beams and original brickwork in the room needed to be
sandblasted before waxing and sealing.
